I got a short 16 mile, but fast paced ride in this afternoon.  I have some heavy breathing goin on.

I got in a nice 26 mile ride through Eagle this morning.  The weather is nice and there are lots of bikes on the road.

I did the same 22 mile ride as yesterday and took 1 minute off my time.  It would have been a quicker time but I had to stop for a bug in my helmet.

Birthday Ride

I got in a nice birthday ride this morning.  22 miles and some nice hills.

Kind of in a Riding Rut

I'm kind of in a riding rut.  I just keep riding the same routes and not very long routes, but it's better than nothing.

Windy, windy 19 mile ride through Eagle.

Strong head winds.  19 miles.  But the wind feels good in the heat.
