It was a very hot training ride to Eagle and back this afternoon.  It was winding out, but it was a hot wind.  94 degrees.  The wind and heat brought my mile per hour average to about 17.  I rode 20 miles in 68 minutes.  The new sleeveless jersey helped some (but it is mostly to get rid of the farmer's tan.
